Because you only need small amount when you apply it this one have Vitamin E too. Finish I don't like shinny glossy finish when I use eye liners, and I love that this liner is matte finish when you apply it. Application it's easier for me to apply this liner because as a beginner I am still looking for the right angle to put my liner and with this gel liner you can position you hand anywhere you want.
